Become a Friend of EducationOur mission
Gabanja International Volunteer Program (GIVP) believes that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, read, and build a brighter future. Today, many children in underserved communities in Liberia face barriers to education due to poverty and lack of resources.
Through community-based learning programs, volunteer support, and educational outreach, GIVP is working to change that reality — one child at a time.
Getting children off the streets and into safe learning environments.
Advocating for the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
Local volunteers dedicated to building lasting change from within.
The campaign
We are recruiting 200 people who believe in the power of education. If 200 supporters commit to just $10 per month, together we can raise $2,000 every month to expand educational opportunities for the children who need them most.
Every contribution — no matter how often — makes a real difference in a child's life.
Your impact
Even a small contribution can make a meaningful difference in the life of a child in Liberia.
Learning materials — notebooks, pencils, books, and supplies for children who have none.
Reading and literacy support — helping children develop the skills they need to succeed.
Volunteer-led educational activities — structured learning with dedicated community teachers.
Community education programs — outreach for the most vulnerable children in Liberia.
